Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing supplier transactions and supporting financial administration functions. This role is well-suited to someone with strong organisational skills and experience in accounting systems.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tProcess and reconcile supplier and customer accounts using Sage Pastel and Aura
\n\tPrepare supplier payment lists using Excel
\n\tPlace and receive orders
\n\tMaintain accurate stock control records
\n\tPerform general administrative and financial support duties<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tWorking knowledge of Sage Pastel
\n\tExperience with debtors and creditors processes
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Excel
\n\tExperience using Aura (advantageous)
\n\tStrong attention to detail and accuracy<\/p>\n
