ROLE PURPOSE<\/p>\n
\tTo Obtain Profit Contribution by Managing Staff, Establishing & Accomplishing Business Objectives & Ensuring Compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)<\/p>\n
MAIN OUTPUTS<\/p>\n
\tManage the operational activities of the area to support and contribute to the company strategic plan and long-term strategy.
\n\tDevelop and Maintain systems to ensure client service level agreement adhered to at all times and relationship with client contact person and accounts person.
\n\tEstablish and monitor a cleaning plan for each building in accordance with the service level agreements
\n\tConduct site visits of allocated sites and report on activities, results and recommendations.
\n\tManage delivery of cleaning chemicals and consumables to sites. Manage availability and condition of site equipment
\n\tControl and management of Company assets.
\n\tImplement cleaner work schedules and evaluate and manage performance; Adhere to company policy and procedures
\n\tEnsure to maintain health and safety requirements on sites, keep safety file up to date
\n\tEnsure the staff is trained on Health and Safety as required by the OSH Act
\n\tAchieve monthly non contractual revenue targets; Maintain existing customer base and ensure up selling on existing contracts
\n\tManage direct expenses and overheads, and all factors affecting the profitable performance of the area
\n\tProvide monthly horizontal feedback and variance explanations<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
\nThe Applicant must meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n
\tNQF Level 6: Diploma Property Management, Project Management, Operations Management or related formal qualification
\n\tSAFMA Certified facilities Supervisor
\n\tMatric (Senior Certificate)
\n\tValid SA Drivers\u2019 License
\n\t3 years Knowledge and experience in the Cleaning\/Hygiene industry or Outsourced property services
\n\tBasic knowledge of HR related issues and procedures; Property Management
\n\tMS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Project & MS Outlook (Intermediate skill level), PRP, D365
\n\tKnowledge of OHS Act, ISO 9001 Quality Management & Risk Management Systems<\/p>\n
