MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:<\/p>\n
\tTo design, develop, and optimize ERP (Sage 300) and CRM solutions, implement system integrations using APIs, and support database and data analytics platforms (SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric) to ensure seamless system functionality and data accuracy.<\/p>\n
DEVELOPER – ERP SYSTEMS, INTEGRATIONS & DATA SOLUTIONS DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
ERP & CRM Development<\/p>\n
\tDevelop, customise, and maintain modules within Sage 300 (Accpac) and Sage CRM
\n\tTranslate business requirements into technical specifications and system enhancements
\n\tPerform upgrades, patches, and ongoing system improvements<\/p>\n
Systems Integration<\/p>\n
\tDesign and build integrations between ERP, CRM, vendor platforms, and internal systems
\n\tDevelop and maintain API integrations using REST and SOAP protocols
\n\tEnsure data consistency and integrity across integrated systems<\/p>\n
Database & SQL Management<\/p>\n
\tWrite, optimise, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions
\n\tMonitor database performance and implement improvements
\n\tSupport data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes<\/p>\n
Data & Analytics Support<\/p>\n
\tAssist in building and maintaining Power BI datasets and reports
\n\tSupport Microsoft Fabric pipelines and data workflows
\n\tCollaborate with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights<\/p>\n
Troubleshooting & Support<\/p>\n
\tDiagnose and resolve system issues across ERP, CRM, and integrations
\n\tProvide technical support to internal users and stakeholders
\n\tIdentify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
\tRelevant Degree\/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
\n\t3 – 5 years\u2019 experience in software development or a similar role
\n\tProven experience working with ERP systems (Sage 300\/Accpac advantageous)
\n\tExperience with CRM platforms (Sage CRM advantageous)<\/p>\n
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:<\/p>\n
\tStrong proficiency in SQL (query writing, optimisation, database management)
\n\tSolid development experience in C# and Visual Basic
\n\tExperience with REST and SOAP APIs (development, integration, troubleshooting)
\n\tExposure to Power BI and\/or Microsoft Fabric is beneficial
\n\tUnderstanding of data integration, ETL processes, and system architecture<\/p>\n

OFFICE REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
\tOffice-based working environment.
\n\tSemi-formal dress code.
\n\tWorking hours are from 08:00 \u2013 17:00.
\n\tExcellent international business language skills (English), both written and verbal.
