Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMatric Certificate\/Grade 12;
\n\tNational Diploma in Business Administration\/Public Administration\/Business Management or related qualification (NQF level 6);
\n\t3 \u2013 4 years\u2019 relevant working experience;
\n\tKnowledge of various governmental spheres;
\n\tSound judgment and high decision-making ability;
\n\tMust have a valid driver\u2019s license.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Primary Function:<\/p>\n
\tSystematically monitor programmes\/projects presented to Council and cluster committees by the COJ department for decision-making, measure the implementation of these programmes\/projects in terms of efficiency, effectiveness, compliance, and quality, for accurate project reporting.<\/p>\n
Key Performance Areas:<\/p>\n
\tRender effective monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and flow of the work of the Executive through to Council processes;
\n\tRender adequate executive business support to Council and Committees;
\n\tManage Stakeholder relationships;
\n\tConduct market research to ensure best practice in M&E.<\/p>\n
