This is an individual contributor role focused on building pipeline, converting opportunities into revenue, and representing the company externally with credibility and consistency.<br \/>\n\tYou will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue leadership to refine our go-to-market approach, bring new logos into the business, and help position our services effectively in a competitive B2B services landscape.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<br \/>\nNew Business Development<\/p>\n<p>\tIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, market research, and relationship-driven engagement<br \/>\n\tBuild and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities aligned with our ideal customer profile<\/p>\n<p>Sales Execution<\/p>\n<p>\tOwn the sales process end-to-end: lead qualification, discovery, proposals, negotiation, and deal closure<br \/>\n\tEngage prospects across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, calls, and events) with a consultative, value-led approach<\/p>\n<p>Market &amp; Customer Insight<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop a strong understanding of customer challenges in areas such as data annotation, AI\/ML operations, Trust &amp; Safety, and customer experience workflows<br \/>\n\tTranslate prospect pain points into clear, relevant solutions aligned with our offerings<\/p>\n<p>Cross-Functional Collaboration<\/p>\n<p>\tPartner with Marketing on campaigns, messaging, and outbound initiatives that drive pipeline<br \/>\n\tShare structured feedback from the market to improve positioning, targeting, and sales materials<\/p>\n<p>External Representation<\/p>\n<p>\tRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and community forums<br \/>\n\tBuild personal credibility as a knowledgeable, trusted seller who adds value in every interaction<\/p>\n<p>What Success Looks Like<\/p>\n<p>\tConsistent creation of qualified pipeline with US-based customers<br \/>\n\tStrong close rates driven by effective discovery and value-based selling<br \/>\n\tReliable use of CRM and comfort working with activity metrics, pipeline, and forecasts<br \/>\n\tTrusted collaboration with Marketing and Revenue teams<br \/>\n\tA growing network and reputation within relevant buyer communities<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp; Experience<br \/>\nCore Skills<\/p>\n<p>\tExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills<br \/>\n\tProven ability to sell to US-based businesses in English<br \/>\n\tStrong prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously<br \/>\n\tData- and accountability-driven mindset; comfortable working with numbers and reporting<br \/>\n\tCuriosity and willingness to adopt new tools, including GenAI-enabled workflows<\/p>\n<p>Experience<\/p>\n<p>\t5+ years of experience in B2B business development or sales roles<br \/>\n\tExperience selling complex services or solutions; BPO, digital operations, or AI-related services is a strong plus<br \/>\n\tDemonstrated success building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers<br \/>\n\tHands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce, Excel\/Sheets, and presentation tools<\/p>\n<p>Nice to Have<\/p>\n<p>\tFamiliarity with the BPO or digital operations industry<br \/>\n\tExposure to AI, ML, Trust &amp; Safety, or customer experience functions<\/p>\n<p>go to method of application \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( N \/ A ) or<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"Hugo Tech","_company_website":"http:\/\/N%20\/%20A","_company_tagline":"Hugo is transforming the future of a continent by re-envisioning the future of its work.
