Job Primary Purpose<\/p>\n
\tThe Administrative Assistant\u2019s job is performing multifarious administrative activities to support the Academic Administration operations, procedures and resources for effectiveness and efficiency.<\/p>\n
Key Performance Areas:<\/p>\n
\tGeneral and Office Administration.
\n\tClient Liaison.
\n\tMonitoring, Evaluation and Reporting.
\n\tPerforming any other work as directed by seniors.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tM+3 years qualification degree\/diploma.
\n\tAt least 4\u00a0years’ experience in student administration or related environment.
\n\tKnowledge of Higher education institutions would be an advantage.
\n\tStrong knowledge of ITS.
\n\tStrong knowledge of HEDA
\n\tStrong knowledge of Jasper.
\n\tComputer Literate: MS Word, Power Point MS Project Access\/Database, Internet and E-mail<\/p>\n
