The Role:<\/p>\n
\tThe purpose of a Payroll Administrator role is to ensure that all employees are paid accurately, on time, and in compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tEnsure employees are paid promptly by 25th.
\n\tProcess input received, overtime\/allowance batches, etc, Medical Aid input.
\n\tReconcile Payroll variance reports monthly, checking for high\/low variances in all earnings, employee deductions and company contributions.
\n\tAll processing, printing and maintenance of Namibia, Mining, Sandvik Pty payrolls on VIP payroll.\u00a0
\n\tReconcile\/Process 3rd Party payments
\n\tProcess all journals for all the payrolls to be sent to the finance department.
\n\tExtract Reports from payroll & distribute.
\n\tWeekly and monthly backups of VIP.
\n\tAssist with payroll queries and resolve timeously.
\n\tTax Year end and IPR5 submission and distribution of IRP5.
\n\tProcess Tax Directives on SARS Efiling.<\/p>\n
Profile required:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12
\n\tRelevant Diploma \/Degree
\n\t5 years relevant payroll experience
\n\tExperience on Workday HR System
\n\tCompetence in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
\n\tEnglish proficiency
\n\tWorkday knowledge
\n\tVIP payroll experience
\n\tTax compliance
\n\tSARS Portal<\/p>\n
