Rewardsco is looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and optimise secure, scalable, and high-performance applications. You\u2019ll combine hands-on development with technical leadership, collaborating with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative software solutions.<\/p>\n

Your Role :<\/p>\n
\tDesign, develop, and maintain full stack applications using modern frameworks and technologies including but not limited to React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
\n\tCollaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
\n\tBuild and enforce automated controls, metrics, and checks to ensure compliance with approved architectures and standards are consistently adhered to.
\n\tEngage with technology partners, cross-functional IT teams, and business stakeholders to improve delivery effectiveness and efficiency.
\n\tContribute to continuous improvement of software development practices, methodologies, tools, and technical standards.
\n\tIdentify, analyse, and manage technical risks, issues, and dependencies across delivery initiatives.
\n\tDesign and deliver scalable, cross-platform software solutions supported by clear technical documentation.
\n\tContribute to framework design, solution architecture, and reusable components
\n\tProvide governance oversight across the software delivery lifecycle, ensuring solutions are designed for performance, stability, security, and customer experience.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMatric
\n\tBachelor\u2019s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent proven experience.
\n\tMinimum of 6-8 years\u2019 post-graduate experience working within a professional software development team.
\n\t5+ years of experience in full-stack development using React, Angular, Vue, Node.js, Java, .NET, Python and .NET technologies.
\n\tProven project delivery experience within Agile delivery environments, with exposure to the full software development lifecycle on projects of at least three months\u2019 duration.
\n\tProven experience in both backend API development and front-end development using modern JavaScript frameworks.
\n\tStrong practical experience with Node.js, Angular, serverless frameworks.
\n\tStrong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and software architecture.
\n\tStrong database design and development skills, preferably using PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
\n\tExperience with AWS, Azure, GCP, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), CI\/CD
\n\tAbility to translate business feedback and requirements into working software solutions.
\n\tExperience working in hybrid environments and collaborating across distributed teams.<\/p>\n
