Product Integration<\/p>\n<p>\tEvaluate, implement, and manage marketing technologies in collaboration with Software Development and Product teams.<br \/>\n\tEnsure seamless integration of martech tools into the broader tech ecosystem to support CX and marketing goals.<br \/>\n\tIdentify opportunities to improve existing marketing tools and processes for better performance and usability.<br \/>\n\tStay current with martech trends and recommend enhancements or new tools aligned with business and customer needs.<\/p>\n<p>Customer Data &amp; Insights<\/p>\n<p>\tManage and unify customer data across platforms to enable segmentation and personalization.<br \/>\n\tLeverage CDPs and analytics tools to build actionable customer profiles and journey maps.<br \/>\n\tTranslate data insights into CX improvements and product enhancements.<\/p>\n<p>CX-Driven Campaign Automation<\/p>\n<p>\tDesign and manage automated workflows for lifecycle marketing, retention, and re-engagement.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with the CX team to align messaging with customer journey stages.<br \/>\n\tUse A\/B testing and performance data to optimize campaign effectiveness.<\/p>\n<p>Personalization &amp; Experience Optimization<\/p>\n<p>\tDrive personalization strategies using martech tools to deliver relevant content and experiences.<br \/>\n\tWork closely with UX, Product, and Dev teams to ensure technology supports intuitive and engaging customer interactions.<br \/>\n\tMonitor customer behavior to identify friction points and CX improvement opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>Marketing Tool Management &amp; Enhancement<\/p>\n<p>\tOversee the day-to-day use of marketing tools, ensuring they are configured and maintained for optimal performance.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.<br \/>\n\tGather feedback from users to guide tool enhancements and ensure alignment with marketing and CX objectives.<\/p>\n<p>Performance Monitoring &amp; Reporting<\/p>\n<p>\tTrack key CX and marketing metrics such as engagement, conversion, and retention.<br \/>\n\tDevelop dashboards and reports to communicate the impact of martech initiatives to stakeholders.<br \/>\n\tIdentify and act on areas for continuous improvement.<\/p>\n<p>Cross-Functional Collaboration<\/p>\n<p>\tPartner with Product, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to ensure martech solutions meet business and customer needs.<br \/>\n\tAct as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment on CX priorities.<\/p>\n<p>Training &amp;
