What you’ll be doing:<\/p>\n
\tAs the Retail Lead, you will define and lead the long\u2011term retail strategy, ensuring it supports Avon\u2019s commercial and brand growth ambitions. You will shape and deliver an integrated omnichannel retail vision, building seamless customer experiences across physical and digital touchpoints. Acting as Avon\u2019s retail thought leader, you\u2019ll identify new business models, unlock growth opportunities, and scale new channels from concept to execution. You\u2019ll partner with senior leaders across the business to ensure retail strategies are aligned, commercially strong, and consistently executed, while also building capable, high\u2011performing teams to support expansion.<\/p>\n
Key responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tSetting and delivering the long\u2011term retail and omnichannel strategy.
\n\tBuilding and managing high\u2011value retail partnerships, including commercial negotiations and joint business planning.
\n\tIdentifying, incubating, and scaling new retail and channel opportunities.
\n\tProviding market insights through analysis of consumer behavior, competitor activity, and retail trends.
\n\tCollaborating with digital, representative, marketing, finance, analytics, and supply chain teams to deliver integrated execution.
\n\tPartnering with planning and RGM teams to ensure best\u2011in\u2011class trade execution.
\n\tRepresenting the retail agenda at leadership level and influencing cross\u2011functional decision\u2011making.
\n\tDeveloping and leading teams responsible for retail growth and capability building.<\/p>\n
What we’re looking for:<\/p>\n
\t10+ years\u2019 experience in senior commercial or sales leadership roles with strong retail exposure.
\n\tProven experience developing and expanding retail channels, including managing strategic partnerships.
\n\tStrong understanding of omnichannel retail and the integration of online and offline experiences.
\n\tDemonstrated success in delivering commercial growth aligned to brand strategy.
\n\tExperience operating within or alongside direct selling environments is desirable.
\n\tExcellent commercial acumen with strong data, planning, and forecasting capabilities.
\n\tConfident communicator and negotiator with executive\u2011level stakeholder influence.
\n\tA collaborative, proactive leader with the ability to inspire teams and drive change.
\n\tA university degree or equivalent experience.<\/p>\n
