\tResponsible to investigate, audit and identify gaming product deviations and effect advanced repairs and product configuration to all gaming related equipment, in line with internal professional standards and gaming regulations.<\/p>\n

Gaming Product<\/p>\n
\tRefer to the work output task register for detailed tasks
\n\tCleaning, servicing, replacing, repairing, testing components of EGMS, Gaming Kiosks,
\n\tDisplays, Online systems, cabling, progressives, card reader, keypads, IView screen, note acceptor, EGM bases, Gaming Table Equipment, Signage, cashiering equipment, marketing and promotional equipment, audio\/ video
\n\tRecord and prioritise all job cards
\n\tMove and place EGMs
\n\tConfigure gaming equipment
\n\tKnowledge sharing on gaming products
\n\tWriting technical manuals as per operational requirements<\/p>\n
Gaming Technical Standards<\/p>\n
\tClean-up move location
\n\tKeep workshop tidy and safe
\n\tClean, store and secure equipment<\/p>\n
Customer Service<\/p>\n
\tInvestigate and resolve customer disputes
\n\tProvides accurate guest information including promotional information
\n\tGreets guests with a friendly smile, eye contact on arrival, friendly goodbye and treated with respect at all times
\n\tGuest Interaction and Service
\n\tContact suppliers for technical support where relevant<\/p>\n
Audits and Investigations<\/p>\n
\tAuditing and investigating (Refer to the work output task register)
\n\tJackpot exceptions
\n\tCount variances
\n\tMachine performance checks
\n\tOther auditing as per operational requirements
\n\tReports variances and make recommendations
\n\tCommunicate and follow-up to ensure all corrective actions are implemented<\/p>\n
Reporting & Administration<\/p>\n
Analytical Reports: (Including but not limited to)<\/p>\n
\tShift reports
\n\tMonth end Feedback reports
\n\tNote acceptor reports
\n\tCard acceptance reports
\n\tSuspicious meter movement reports
\n\tCard update failures
\n\tNetwork stats checks
\n\tCaptures relevant data
\n\tEnsures RGP information is displayed<\/p>\n
Minimum requirements (Education and Experience)\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tN5 National Electronic Certificate (light current) with\u00a0 relevant experience or
\n\tS2 or National Electronic Diploma (light current) or
\n\tEquivalent qualification
\n\t1 year experience as a technician will be an advantage
\n\tExperience in the gaming industry is preferred
\n\tMeet the requirements for a gaming licence and FICA<\/p>\n
