Job Description<\/p>\n
\tThe purpose of this role is to package large transaction deals by assessing and structuring credit applications mitigating risk and facilitating sound working relationships with relevant stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Are you someone who can:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tAnalyse credit information to estimate degree of risk in extending credit and financing to clients, ensuring that deals are structured appropriately
\n\tProvide assistance to the Deal Maker in presenting to various Credit Committees by ensuring high quality credit applications
\n\tDeliver exceptional Credit service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions
\n\tDevelop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the economic environment, business risks and financial reports with the ability to relate such issues to specific business opportunities and the risk profile of individual clients
\n\tEnsure that service delivery is accurate, timeous and of a high standard
\n\tBuild relationships that allow for the managing of expectations; the sharing of knowledge and diverse insights; and the creation of buy-in
\n\tEngage in cross-functional relationships to obtain and to provide work support Deliver customer experience excellence aligned to Organisational values and service standards Build professional long-term relationships with customers based on trust that builds the brand
\n\tCollect and interrogate information and feedback to ensure full understanding of customer needs to deliver a quality service
\n\tDeliver service that exceeds customer expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solution selection and application
\n\tImprove business decisions by providing accurate and reliable business intelligence (information) together with analysing trends and data
\n\tProvide regular reports on delivery of services against agreed service level agreements and in terms of overall customer targets
\n\tAccumulate information to review work progress that provides input to reporting, decision making and the identification of improvement opportunities Implement, monitor and control business processes according to quality standards; policy; and compliance and governance requirements in area of accountability
\n\tEnsure the development, alignment, mapping and implementation of end-to-end processes aligned to the customer journey map
\n\tResearch, enable and consult on improvements and opportunities to harness technology and platform enablement
\n\tReview existing processes and suggest innovative ideas to improve and streamline processes to drive efficiencies and minimise redundancy
\n\tMonitor customer feedback reports and align processes to maximise efficiencies
\n\tAssess own performance against competencies and skills required delivery Identify development needs and select effective solutions to address own development need
\n\tPrepare a personal development plan with management to implement and review as required
\n\tMonitor own progress against development plan and measure impact of results
\n\tPromote teamwork and inclusivity amongst team members and demonstrates behaviours that respect diversity
\n\tPartner and collaborate with team members to achieve team success
\n\tShare information and knowledge that benefits the team<\/p>\n
You will be an ideal candidate if you:<\/p>\n
\tHave a minimum of a BCom Degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or related
\n\tHave 3 – 5 years\u2019 business\/commercial credit application process experience within banking\/financial services
\n\tHave strong financial and credit skills
\n\tHave understanding\/knowledge of Commercial Banking Eg. Fleet\/Vehicle<\/p>\n
