Enable leaders throughout the process to ensure substantive and procedural fairness so that they feel educated to make the right decisions.<br \/>\n\tConduct stay &amp; exit interviews. Provide HC Head and leaders with insights in order to retain top talent.<br \/>\n\tMonthly check-in\u2019s with leaders in area of responsibility. Provide guidance and support at team meetings and Manco meetings.<br \/>\n\tIdentify training and development initiatives to address any current and future learning or development challenges in line with business needs.<br \/>\n\tInfluence key business decisions to ensure the effective management of employees through the fair, efficient and pragmatic application of best practice.<br \/>\n\tGuide and provide input on Human Capital projects.<br \/>\n\tActive involvement in talent acquisition and development plans.<br \/>\n\tIn partnership with the Human Capital team, they manage the onboarding and induction of new employees into the respective area of responsibility.<br \/>\n\tSupport business in the implementation of people practices in line with People Strategies and the operational needs of the business.<br \/>\n\tUtilise trends and metrics to develop, optimise and implement solutions that address key business challenges and drive business objectives.<br \/>\n\tKeep abreast of industry trends and best practice in HC to optimise service offering, ensure compliance and mitigate risk.<br \/>\n\tDevelop innovative ways to pro-actively meet the needs of unique clients.<br \/>\n\tProvide clients with fact -based insights and advice that will empower them to make better people decisions.<br \/>\n\tResponsible for the data integrity of people data (roles, titles, levels, reporting lines, cost centres etc. for area of responsibility.<br \/>\n\tPartner with Remuneration team to understand area of responsibility aligned to Rem practices and maintain recent and valid benchmarks for roles.<br \/>\n\tProvide psychometric assessment feedback to line mangers as part of the recruitment process.
