OBJECTIVE OF ROLE<\/p>\n
\tTo perform timeous picking, checking, movement and storage of material and\/or finished goods in the Warehouse.<\/p>\n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
Operational Activities<\/p>\n
\tExecute daily tasks and work instructions according to the relevant SOP’s
\n\tReceive multiple supply\/items at entry point of warehouse
\n\tOverpack goods as and when required based on SAP conversion factors and batches
\n\tEnsure all customer returns are checked under Pharmacist supervision
\n\tLabel stock according to relevant SOP\u2019s and\/or work instructions
\n\tComplete inspection reports as required
\n\tMove, store and handle material and\/or finished goods in the warehouse according to the relevant SOP\u2019s to maximum heights 4 levels
\n\tPick, check and select multiple items per order according to requirements and documentation
\n\tProduce own boxes and bubble wrap in order to secure mixed goods per order
\n\tEnsure that carton counts balance any discrepancies are addressed
\n\tIssue material and\/or finished goods according to requirements and documentation
\n\tHandle all equipment where relevant or applicable i.e. reach truck, pallet jack, forklift, weighing scales, etc
\n\tReceive returns and re-allocate stock according to requirements and documentation
\n\tConduct stock counts as and when required
\n\tMaintain good housekeeping standards in working<\/p>\n

\tFamiliarise yourself with and at all times act in accordance with the company policies and procedures<\/p>\n
GDP\/GWP Compliance \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tComplete all records and reports timeously and accurately as described in the relevant SOP\u2019s, protocols and associated documentation.
\n\tComply with GDP\/GWP requirements as outlined by company SOP\u2019s and written instructions in all tasks and activities
\n\tEnsure that products are stored according to the required SOP’s and documentation<\/p>\n
Health, Safety and Environmental Standards<\/p>\n
\tReport any unsafe or unhealthy situations to SHE representative or Line Manager
\n\tReport any incident to the SHE representative or Line Manager which may affect your health or cause injury<\/p>\n
Requirements
\nEDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
\t\u00a0Matric (Grade 12)<\/p>\n
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
\tWarehouse experience
\n\tValid forklift license
\n\tReach truck license certification (advantageous)
\n\tCode 10 (C1) driver\u2019s license (advantageous)<\/p>\n
