We are currently seeking a VNA Operator to safely and efficiently operate a Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) forklift machine, moving, locating, stacking, and counting merchandise within the warehouse to ensure accurate stock handling and support smooth warehouse operations.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tEducation: Grade 12 \/ Matric (preferred).
\n\tCertification: Valid VNA forklift operator license\/certificate.<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 2-3 years\u2019 experience operating a VNA forklift in a warehouse or distribution environment.
\n\tExperience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous.<\/p>\n
Skills:<\/p>\n
\tStrong attention to detail and accuracy.
\n\tAbility to follow safety and operational procedures.
\n\tGood communication and teamwork skills.
\n\tPhysically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tOperate the VNA forklift to pick, move, stack, and store products in designated warehouse locations.
\n\tConduct pre-operational checks and routine inspections of the VNA machine.
\n\tLoad and unload materials from racking systems or vehicles as required.
\n\tEnsure all goods handled are checked for quantity, quality, and accuracy against documentation.
\n\tFollow safe operating procedures and comply with health and safety regulations.
\n\tMaintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse area.
\n\tReport equipment malfunctions, damages, or safety concerns immediately.
\n\tAssist with stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
\n\tSupport general warehouse duties as required by the supervisor.<\/p>\n
