IT Business Analysis<\/p>\n
\tKnowledge of process mapping and business process reengineering.
\n\tAnalysing IT business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or automated.
\n\tFacilitating process workshops, after which they document any information elicited using process maps and IT business requirements documents.
\n\tDocumenting procedures and presenting new process designs to stakeholders for discussion.
\n\tDeveloping of user requirement specifications prior to the procurement or implementation of new systems and technology to ensure alignment between the business goals and the supporting system functionality.
\n\tManaging risks and issues and escalating where necessary.
\n\tManaging process change.
\n\tLeading process redesign workshops.
\n\tEducating business users responsible for managing and operating business processes.
\n\tMonitoring, measuring, and providing feedback on process performance.
\n\tFacilitating process workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with users.
\n\tApplying their knowledge of business process modelling notations to documenting processes.
\n\tCreating the business case documents for the project.\u00a0
\n\tDefining and create the requisition \/ related documents for the procurement of the solution.<\/p>\n
Project management<\/p>\n
\tSupporting the implementation of the specialised areas initiatives and strategic projects that address the needs and expectations of TCTA\u2019s stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Governance and Reporting<\/p>\n
\tMonitoring and reporting on progress against functional initiatives.
\n\tCompiling reports on the functional performance at the required intervals reflecting all relevant statistics.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualifications:\u00a0B Degree or B Tech B Degree\/B Tech\u00a0in a relevant field<\/p>\n
\tCertifications:\u00a0Business Analysis certificate FTI or IIBA certification
\n\tMinimum Experience:\u00a06 years (relevant experience)<\/p>\n
Experience in:<\/p>\n
\tSystem development life cycle (SDLC).
\n\tBusiness requirements analysis and gathering of requirements from stakeholders.
\n\tDesigning and development of solutions
\n\tExperience in software development life cycle.
\n\tDevelopment of business cases and use cases.
\n\tCreating requirements specifications for procurement of solutions.
\n\tPublic Sector Procurement (preferably).
\n\tSoftware Quality Assurance.
\n\tProject Management Methodologies\u2014PMBOK, Prince 2, Agile and other equivalent. (Preferably)
