Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tManage and conclude all finance and insurance processes for new and used vehicle sales
\n\tStructure and present finance and insurance options to clients in line with compliance standards
\n\tOpen, manage, and ensure timely closure of all deal files
\n\tLiaise with financial institutions to secure vehicle finance approvals
\n\tEnsure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within required timelines
\n\tMaintain compliance with regulatory requirements and dealership policies
\n\tMaximise profitability through the sale of value-added products (e.g., warranties, insurance, service plans)
\n\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, banks, and internal sales teams
\n\tMonitor and manage deal progress to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience
\n\tProvide after-sales support related to finance and insurance queries<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\t5\u201310 years\u2019 experience as an F&I Manager within a motor dealership environment
\n\tRelevant F&I certification (FAIS compliant, RE accreditation preferred)
\n\tProven track record in concluding new and used vehicle finance deals
\n\tStrong knowledge of vehicle finance, insurance products, and compliance regulations
\n\tExperience working with major banks and financial institutions
\n\tExcellent administrative and organisational skills
\n\tStrong communication and negotiation abilities
\n\tHigh attention to detail and accuracy
\n\tAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines
\n\tAvailable to start immediately<\/p>\n
