Key Roles and Responsibilities:
\nDelivery Productivity Management<\/p>\n
\tIn trade coaching with errant offenders on MBFU, refusals and OODD
\n\tEnsuring that delivery modes share is adhered and continually look for opportunities to pursue cheaper modes
\n\tMaster data verified for accuracy
\n\tCarry out in-trade owner driver standard verification
\n\tAdherence to market visit plan within trade presence at a maximum of x4 days a week ensuring adherence to SOPs and OWDs done to open the gap where necessary<\/p>\n
Quality Management<\/p>\n
\tEnsure quality is clear in the route delivery execution process and people know and follow it
\n\tEnsure all employees understand the customer complaint process. Process is in place, KPI is tracked and there are action plans to improve results. Consumer complains GOPs are being tracked and implemented
\n\tEnsure that the driver base is trained and equipped to identify quality related issues and understands correct handling methodology to minimise issues Capacity Occupation and refusal management
\n\tEstablish SLA with 2DCP on Capacity Occupation daily Optimization
\n\tEnsure that appropriate communication channel in place and action plans have been developed to track refusals
\n\tEnsure return policies are in place, and they cover all items, and they are adhered to and updated. Support Service Social Systems
\n\tEstablish routine to the CXC to track performance
\n\tCreate an environment that allows for cross functional learning and integration<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tRelevant 3- year tertiary degree\/diploma, preferably in Supply Chain and or Logistics
\n\t2 years’ experience in customer service role within an FMC Supply Chain and or Logistics
\n\tValid Code 08 Driver’s License
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office
\n\tSAP experience will be preferred.
\n\tKnowledge of customer service principals<\/p>\n
