Ensure visibility on emerging trends, cross-channel best practices, and market opportunities through strong strategic and commercial input, maintaining continuous alignment with Global, BU and key cluster counterparts.<br \/>\n\tRepresent the HUB Brand Activation function with Bus counterparts, ensuring business and product priorities are effectively embedded into communication and activation strategies across EM.<br \/>\n\tAct as the main point of contact for global brand marketing teams (incl. comms, social, PR, retail, digital, etc.), ensuring their priorities are successfully landed across EM while applying a strong local lens to maximize relevance and impact for consumers.<br \/>\n\tIdentify and leverage campaign and activation insights and success drivers to shape learning agendas and inform future strategies and frameworks.<br \/>\n\tConsolidate and elevate country and cluster Communications requirements, translating them into clear, strategic feedback and briefs for Global Comms teams.<br \/>\n\tDrive excellence across EM HUB clusters by ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, brand direction, and creative standards.<br \/>\n\tChampion cluster success by proactively supporting and enabling teams throughout key planning and execution milestones, removing barriers and ensuring optimal delivery.<br \/>\n\tAct as a central point of coordination for BA team across key GTM milestones (e.g., THO, SMM, GTMSO, Global playbacks), driving alignment, clarity, and effective execution across stakeholders.<br \/>\n\tPartner closely with senior leadership (EM Comms Director, EM BAD, and wider leadership team) to shape MAEX planning and broader strategic priorities for the region.<\/p>\n<p>KPI\u2019s:<\/p>\n<p>\tFull funnel metrics<br \/>\n\tNPS<br \/>\n\tCategory Sell-In &amp; Sell-out<br \/>\n\tCategory Market Shares<br \/>\n\tCategory NS, Net Margin and Contribution across EM<br \/>\n\tAchievement of key Moonshot 2.0 Initiatives<\/p>\n<p>Key Relationships:<\/p>\n<p>\tEM Brand Management<br \/>\n\tEM Media<br \/>\n\tEM CRM, DA and Membership<br \/>\n\tEM Omni<br \/>\n\tEM EIM<br \/>\n\tEM BU<br \/>\n\tEM Newsroom<br \/>\n\tCluster Country BA<br \/>\n\tCountry EIM<br \/>\n\tGlobal Brand Communication<\/p>\n<p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:<\/p>\n<p>\tAbility to adapt &amp; implement global brand\/category strategy across EM<br \/>\n\tPresentation\/communication, negotiation and influencing skills, especially with senior stakeholders within a global matrix organization.<br \/>\n\tBrand communication, newsroom and EIM knowledge<br \/>\n\tCross-functional and stakeholder management experience<br \/>\n\tIndustry knowledge, across divisions\u2014footwear, apparel and accessories.<br \/>\n\tUnderstanding of EM consumers, accounts, economic environment, and commercial needs<br \/>\n\tAbility to excel in a matrix organisation<\/p>\n<p>Requisite Education and Experience \/ Minimum Qualifications:<\/p>\n<p>\t8-10 years of experience in marketing required.
