As a Diesel Supervisor, you will be responsible for controlling the bulk diesel stock.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tChecking the stock levels, re-ordering and receiving of all bulk stock
\n\tResponsible for all Data management
\n\tChecking data integrity
\n\tCollection and uploading of all data
\n\tRecording of all receipts and dispense slips
\n\tResponsible for reports (HSE, Incident, Consumption)
\n\tResponsible for training of personnel
\n\tResponsible for safety and good housekeeping at all storage and dispensing sites
\n\tResponsible for the maintenance of all fuel storage and dispensing equipment
\n\tDaily inspections of all nozzles and hoses
\n\tResponsible for the six-monthly calibration of all flow meters to meet statutory requirements
\n\tResponsible for the planning and implementation of a preventative maintenance schedule
\n\tFormulation of reports on SARS rebate reconciliation
\n\tFormulation of reports – consumption per financial period and production period
\n\tMaintenance of the offloading facility including Refuelling Slab, Teaspoon Drains and Sumps
\n\tMaintenance of the dispensing facility including Drip Trays
\n\tReconcile the diesel stock and consumption on a daily basis
\n\tImplementing Spill Control
\n\tPrepare and submit delivery notes for all diesel delivered to the mine
\n\tSubmit a recon for all diesel dispensed and all diesel stock at the mine
\n\tSubmit a maintenance sheet for any maintenance carried out in the day
\n\tSubmit an incident report for any spill or health and safety incidents in respect of diesel
\n\tSHE, Labour Complement and Working Hours
\n\tSARS – Reporting for SARS rebates – specific formats applicable and critical data required
\n\tDiesel Consumption (Financial and Production)
\n\tDiesel volume and value per cost code
\n\tConsumption per vehicle
\n\tConsumption Deviations
\n\tSuggestions<\/p>\n

\tMatric
\n\tPrevious experience as a Diesel Supervisor or Depot Manager
\n\tComputer literate (MS Excel)
\n\tWillingness to work on weekends<\/p>\n
