Purpose of the Job<\/p>\n
\tJunior Legal Counsel at Aramex provides legal support and guidance on various legal matters to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. This role assists the legal team in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, as well as advising on regulatory issues.<\/p>\n
Job Description<\/p>\n
\tAssist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
\n\tConduct legal research and analyze relevant laws and regulations.
\n\tSupport the legal team in managing compliance issues and corporate governance.
\n\tProvide legal advice to internal stakeholders on various business matters.
\n\tAssist in dispute resolution and management of legal claims.
\n\tMaintain and organize legal documents and records.
\n\tStay updated on industry trends and changes in relevant laws<\/p>\n
Job Requirements – Experience and Education<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Law; LLM or equivalent is a plus.
\n\t1-3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate or in-house environment.
\n\tUnderstanding of commercial law and compliance regulations
\n\t\u00a0<\/p>\n
