\n\tAs our\u00a0O&M Asset & Spares Specialist, you will ensure the structured, cost-effective, and reliable management of spare parts, materials, and related services across Release\u2019s operational power plant portfolio.
\n\tYou will oversee the full lifecycle of operational spares; from demand forecasting and procurement coordination to logistics, customs management, inventory governance, warranty administration, and invoice verification. Your work will directly support minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless operations across multiple sites.<\/p>\n
Main responsibilities\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tManage the end-to-end O&M spares lifecycle, including strategy development, forecasting, stock level optimisation, and consumption analysis to minimise downtime and emergency procurement.
\n\tCoordinate procurement, logistics, and customs processes, ensuring timely, compliant delivery of spare parts and services across all operational sites.
\n\tOversee inventory governance and site compliance, including stock tracking, audits, storage verification, and standardisation of inventory practices.
\n\tEnsure CMMS data integrity and alignment, maintaining accurate asset registers, BOMs, and inventory records to support effective maintenance planning.
\n\tAdminister warranties, contracts, and non-conformances, including claims management, supplier performance resolution, and lessons learned reporting.
\n\tControl invoice and work verification processes, validating supplier invoices against contracts, deliveries, and completed work to ensure financial accuracy.
\n\tManage OEM and supplier relationships, supporting negotiations, monitoring performance, and ensuring reliable service across diverse and remote environments.
\n\tSupport budgeting, reporting, and supply chain optimisation, including cost tracking, performance reporting, localisation strategies, and development of resilient global and local supplier networks.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and competencies\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tDegree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related technical field
\n\t5+ years\u2019 professional experience in operations support, asset management, procurement coordination, inventory management, or O&M environments within power generation, renewable energy, or industrial infrastructure sectors.
\n\tProven experience managing spare parts, logistics coordination, and supplier performance.
\n\tPractical experience with customs processes, import\/export documentation, and logistics coordination across multiple countries.
\n\tExperience verifying contracts, purchase orders, and supplier invoices within an operational environment.
\n\tFamiliarity with CMMS systems and digital inventory management tools.
\n\tUnderstanding of operational environments and plant maintenance requirements.
\n\tStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.<\/p>\n
Advantageous:<\/p>\n
\t4+ years\u2019 experience within renewable energy (PV and\/or BESS) operational portfolios.
\n\tExperience supporting multi-site operations across different countries and regulatory environments.
\n\tFamiliarity with warranty management and supplier non-conformance processes.
\n\tExperience working in remote or developing market contexts.
\n\tKnowledge of localisation strategies and regional supplier development.
\n\tFluency in French or additional languages relevant to operating regions.<\/p>\n

\tStrong commercial awareness, including cost control, supplier negotiation, and financial verification.
\n\tProven ability to manage spares lifecycle planning and inventory governance across multiple sites and operating environments.
