Role Overview<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking a highly driven Sales Executive with proven experience in solar energy solutions, fibre connectivity, and telecommunications products\/services.
\n\tThe successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing key client relationships, and driving sales across our renewable energy, fibre, and telecom product lines.
\n\tThis role requires strong technical understanding, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to close deals in a competitive market.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Business Development & Sales<\/p>\n
\tIdentify and engage potential clients across the solar, fibre, and telecommunications sectors.
\n\tPromote and sell solutions including solar PV systems, inverters, backup power solutions, fibre connectivity, VoIP, wireless internet, and telecom hardware.
\n\tConduct on-site client assessments, gather requirements, and recommend suitable technical solutions.
\n\tPrepare and present proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.
\n\tNegotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements to close deals effectively.<\/p>\n
Client Relationship Management<\/p>\n
\tBuild and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships with both residential and commercial clients.
\n\tServe as a trusted advisor by providing expert product knowledge and solution-based selling.
\n\tEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and follow-up.<\/p>\n
Market & Product Knowledge<\/p>\n
\tStay up to date with trends in solar technologies, fibre network expansions, telecommunications solutions, and energy efficiency.
\n\tUnderstand key competitors, pricing structures, and market positioning.
\n\tProvide feedback to management on market opportunities and customer needs.<\/p>\n
Reporting & Administration<\/p>\n
\tMaintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and forecasting.
\n\tPrepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
\n\tCollaborate closely with technical, installations, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Skills<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 3+\u00a0 years experience in sales within solar, fibre, telecommunications, ISP, ICT, or related technical environments.
\n\tStrong understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and backup power solutions.
\n\tExperience selling fibre connectivity, telecom solutions, or ICT services highly advantageous.<\/p>\n
Skills & Competencies<\/p>\n
\tStrong technical comprehension with the ability to explain product benefits clearly.
\n\tExcellent communication both verbal and written.
\n\tHigh-level negotiation and closing skills.
\n\tProven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
\n\tStrong relationship-building and customer service orientation.
\n\tSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tValid drivers licence and reliable vehicle.
\n\tProficiency with MS Office and CRM systems<\/p>\n
