\n\tC&CI SCT 20 or equivalent
\n\tAt least 3 years\u2019 experience in a similar role
\n\tComputer literacy \u2013 Batchman and MS Office
\n\tInterpersonal and human relation skills
\n\tCode EB Driver License
\n\tAbility to work independently
\n\tManagement and supervisory skills
\n\tAccuracy and ability to give attention to detail
\n\tTarget and deadline driven
\n\tMust work overtime from time to time.
\n\tTo achieve Maximum Plant production output
\n\tTo reduce batching variances to zero and enhance quality.
\n\tBe customer focused, deliver excellent customer service.
\n\tOnly dispatch quality concrete from the plant, maintain highest level of batching controls and concrete Quality

Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tBatch concrete strictly according to approved mix designs and quality specifications
\n\tEnsure only compliant, quality concrete is dispatched from the plant
\n\tMaintain accurate batching, slump, variance, and production records
\n\tConduct pre-start plant checks and report defects or incidents immediately
\n\tMonitor raw material availability and support maximum plant and truck utilisation
\n\tLiaise with customers to ensure efficient service delivery
\n\tAdhere to all safety, lock-out, and quality control procedures
\n\tEscalate non-conforming concrete, incidents, or deviations to management
\n\tPerform reasonable and lawful duties as required
\n\tZero batching variances
\n\tMaximum production output
\n\tHigh quality and customer satisfaction
\n\tStrict compliance with safety and quality standards<\/p>\n
