Job Purpose:<\/p>\n
\tManage and process all exceptions in the Collections process. \u00a0Collections team is in the process of identifying all areas of leakage in the Collections Value chain. \u00a0All items identified must be corrected and processed and the learnings must be implemented to avoid recurrence of these exceptions.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tConsolidation and analysis of the Collections log files
\n\tResolve collection problems by manually updating contracts or logging requests with MIP
\n\tProduce consolidated billing summary report and distribution
\n\tDeal with Billing\/Collection queries from IT, OPS and HAD
\n\tRun collection Special debits on a daily basis and produce statistics
\n\tPost billing rejections; manage Re-directs and Home backs\u00a0
\n\tProvide analysis, conclusion and recommendations to management and suggest actions
\n\tInvolvement in Payment rejection investigations
\n\tUser 2nd line of support, investigate data problems, cause & effect, propose & implement solutions\u00a0<\/p>\n
Required Knowledge and Experience\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\t2 years in a collections administration function
\n\tUnderstanding company products
\n\tKnowledge of financial statements
\n\tEstablished experience
\n\tUnderstanding the company\u2019s products
\n\tKnowledge of financial statements
\n\tMIP knowledge\u00a0
\n\tAdvanced Excel Skills \u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tFoundational or Advanced Payments Certificate\u00a0
\n\tDiploma or Degree in Bookkeeping or Accounting (advantageous)\u00a0
