Integrity<br \/>\n\tAbility to deal with highly confidential information<\/p>\n<p>Technical\/Proficiency competencies:<\/p>\n<p>\tEnglish verbal communication skills<br \/>\n\tRapid tracking and review of visual information<br \/>\n\tUse surveillance equipment \u2013 chip handling, chipping machines, Shuffling machines<br \/>\n\tBetting procedures<br \/>\n\tCompliance procedures and regulations<br \/>\n\tBasic responsible gambling principles<br \/>\n\tBasic computer skills<br \/>\n\tProlonged attention span<\/p>\n<p>Key Performance Areas:<\/p>\n<p>Surveillance Monitoring:<\/p>\n<p>\tMonitor all Gaming procedures on the gaming floor against the relevant functions.<br \/>\n\tComplete target reports \/ punter scans on all gaming areas as per unit specific schedule<br \/>\n\tConduct system checks, alarm conditions and interfaces<br \/>\n\tRecord and report on faulty equipment<br \/>\n\tIssue and check playing cards, where required and other gaming related equipment as per SOP<br \/>\n\tIdentifies, monitors and actions significant events actioned as per SOP: punter scanning, jackpot verification, table activity, etc.<br \/>\n\tMonitors all non-gaming procedures against the relevant function<br \/>\n\tProactively monitor high risk areas and emergency response as per set out procedures<\/p>\n<p>Investigations:<\/p>\n<p>\tReviews all video footage and other documentation\/ reports relating to incidents, queries and variances<br \/>\n\tInvestigates all variances reported to the Surveillance Department<br \/>\n\tReports or escalates findings of the review and investigations<br \/>\n\tRecord and retain evidence to be used for further processes according to standards<\/p>\n<p>Reporting &amp;
