\tThe Area Manager at MAN Financial Services (South Africa) (RF) (PTY) LTD ensures the achievement of financial targets, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
\n\tThe Area Manager acts as a key link between head office and branch operations, driving strategic initiatives and fostering a performance-driven culture.<\/p>\n
Duties:<\/p>\n
\tEnsure consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, and service standards.
\n\tMonitor and improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
\n\tDrive the achievement of sales and revenue targets across the area.
\n\tIdentify growth opportunities and implement local marketing and outreach strategies.
\n\tSupport product rollouts and customer acquisition initiatives.
\n\tEnsure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls.
\n\tMonitor credit risk, collections performance, and operational risk indicators.
\n\tAddress audit findings and implement corrective actions.
\n\tChampion customer service excellence across all branches.
\n\tResolve escalated customer issues and complaints promptly.
\n\tMonitor customer feedback and implement service improvements.
\n\tAnalyse area performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
\n\tUse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
\n\tRecommend and implement corrective actions where necessary.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.<\/p>\n

Experience:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in a Captive Finance Environment.
\n\tStrong understanding of retail banking, microfinance, or lending operations.
\n\tProven track record in sales leadership and operational management.<\/p>\n
