\tDevelop and deliver product and claims focused training programmes tailored to various learner groups
\n\tTranslate complex insurance and claims concepts into practical, easy to understand learning materials
\n\tFacilitate training sessions, both in person and virtual, to enhance technical proficiency and service delivery
\n\tCollaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with business needs
\n\tEvaluate the effectiveness of training interventions and recommend improvements
\n\tSupport regulatory compliance by ensuring training reflects the latest industry standards and governance re-quirements
\n\tProvide ongoing coaching and guidance to claims teams and claims support employees
\n\tStay updated on product changes, market trends, and claims process enhancements to ensure training content remains current<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in business administration, Education, Insurance, Risk Management, Law or a related field
\n\tRelevant professional certifications such as FAIS (Finan-cial Advisory and Intermediary Services) accreditation, RE5 (Regulatory Examination) or a Certificate in Short-Term Insurance (e.g. from the Insurance institute of South Africa \u2013 IISA)
\n\tAdditional qualifications in adult education or training (e.g. ETDP SETA certification)
\n\tMinimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in the Short-term Insur-ance Industry, with at least 3 years in claims -related role e.g. claims assessor, handler, or supervisor)<\/p>\n
