\n\tThe FSP Manager \u2013\u00a0Southern Africa\u00a0plays a critical role in managing and growing Optasia\u2019s partnerships with financial institutions across designated markets in the\u00a0Southern Africa\u00a0region. This role ensures seamless integration, operational alignment, and strategic collaboration between Optasia and its Financial Services Provider (FSP) partners, primarily banks and like-minded financial services institutions.\u00a0<\/p>\n
What you will do\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tPartnership Management\u00a0
\n\tServe as the primary point of contact for assigned FSPs\u00a0
\n\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions\u00a0
\n\tCoordinate joint planning, performance reviews, and strategic alignment\u00a0
\n\tOperational Coordination\u00a0
\n\tOversee day-to-day operations between Optasia and the FSP\u00a0
\n\tEnsure timely execution of commercial agreements and service-level commitments\u00a0
\n\tMonitor KPIs and resolve operational issues in collaboration with internal teams\u00a0
\n\tProject Implementation\u00a0
\n\tLead onboarding and launch activities for new products or markets\u00a0
\n\tCoordinate cross-functional teams (legal, compliance, tech, product) to meet FSP requirements\u00a0
\n\tTrack implementation timelines and ensure delivery against milestones\u00a0
\n\tCompliance & Documentation\u00a0
\n\tSupport KYC, regulatory, and contractual documentation processes\u00a0
\n\tEnsure all partner activities comply with internal and external standards\u00a0
\n\tReporting & Analysis\u00a0
\n\tProvide regular updates on partner performance and market dynamics\u00a0
\n\tIdentify growth opportunities and recommend improvements to commercial model\u00a0<\/p>\n
What you will bring\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tStrong liquidity and understanding of treasury management\u00a0
\n\tPrevious experience as a Relationship manager in corporate or commercial banking is a plus\u00a0
\n\tStrong understanding of digital financial services, banking, or fintech ecosystems\u00a0
\n\tExcellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills\u00a0
\n\tProject management experience with cross-functional coordination\u00a0
\n\tAnalytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data\u00a0<\/p>\n
