Life as a Group Charter Sales Executive: <\/p>\n
\tResearch and build your own list of potential clients
\n\tContact prospects via calls, emails, and meetings to win new business
\n\tConvert leads into loyal, repeat clients
\n\tWork with airlines to find the best aircraft for each group charter
\n\tManage bookings from first enquiry through to flight departure and after care
\n\tAchieve and exceed sales activity and revenue targets
\n\tBuild long-term relationships by delivering outstanding service
\n\tAttend flights to oversee key client departures when required
\n\tStay calm under pressure and find fast solutions when challenges arise
\n\tCollaborate globally with internal teams and external partners<\/p>\n
Qualifications <\/p>\n

\tExperience working in a customer facing role (luxury products & services ideal)
\n\tExcellent customer service and communication skills
\n\tConfident building strong client relationships
\n\tProven track record of working towards sales targets and KPIs (desired)
\n\tOutstanding attention to detail
\n\tComfortable working under pressure and solving problems
\n\tFlexible and available to travel often at short notice
\n\tDrivers license required<\/p>\n
Additional Information <\/p>\n
Starting Salary R25 000 + Commission guarantee bonus for 6 months <\/p>\n
\t20 days\u2019 holiday per year, which increases with length of service
