This is a cross functional role where the incumbent will be responsible for DT demand management, stakeholders management and communication, BU Performance Management and Reporting, digital change management, agile project practitioners and business analysts.<br \/>\n\tThe incumbent will be responsible for determining business needs, direct and provide guidance on the appropriate digital solutions\/options to adequately support business.<br \/>\n\tWork closely with key role players within the Digital Transformation business unit (DT BU) and other relevant internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of processes and successful integration of multiple work streams, resources and projects across the entire organisation. In addition the incumbent will be required to interact and engage with multiple internal senior stakeholders and external stakeholders in the delivery of the DT products and services.<\/p>\n<p>The Senior Manager: Digital Business Enablers reports to the Business Unit Leader: Digital Transformation.<\/p>\n<p>Strategic function<\/p>\n<p>\tProvide strategic inputs to the strategy of the business unit (BU) and manage the output of the centre to ensure implementation of the BU balance score card (BSC) initiatives.<br \/>\n\tDevelop, drive and manage the delivery of the digital transformation (DT) strategy and determine innovative solutions that support the AGSA strategy.<br \/>\n\tManage DT demand and prioritization. process defined and managed by DT to gather ideas, initiatives, and needs that will contribute to the business unit.<br \/>\n\tDT portfolio, program and project management, Build a centralized view of BI and Data, Intelligence Automation, Artificial Intelligence and Power Platform demand, which includes identifying, prioritizing, authorizing, managing, controlling, and monitoring projects, programs, and other related work to achieve specific strategic business objectives.<\/p>\n<p>Product management<\/p>\n<p>\tEstablish, manage and oversee appropriate governance, stakeholder engagement plans and communication for designated projects within the DT business unit and portfolio.<br \/>\n\tConduct environmental scanning to keep abreast of changes in the environment and facilitate the digital development requirements to meet the current and future needs of business.<br \/>\n\tLead and direct the project management teams from both a strategic and tactical point.<br \/>\n\tOwn and manage the DT demand intake, triage, and prioritisation process.<br \/>\n\tMaintain an integrated DT portfolio and roadmap across BI, Automation, Power Platform, and AI initiatives.<br \/>\n\tEnsure disciplined project initiation, sequencing, and delivery readiness across DT initiatives.[<br \/>\n\tEnsure that all projects within the DT have clear defined goals and supporting project team resources.<br \/>\n\tProvide expert advice and guidance to business leaders and other stakeholders on various digital concepts and transformation.<br \/>\n\tEnsure that the delivery of new products or services is to the appropriate levels of quality, on time and within budget.<br \/>\n\tLead the delivery of an appropriate change management programme relating to digital transformation products which are aligned to key strategic priorities for the organisation.<br \/>\n\tEnsure that a clearly defined user acceptance and change management culture is embedded with the delivery of the digital solutions.<br \/>\n\tWork effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating team members on progress<br \/>\n\tUnderstanding of system delivery life cycle agile delivery concepts.<br \/>\n\tA working knowledge of digital tools, enables and transformation within audit and assurance.<br \/>\n\tUnderstanding of the delivery of assurance type projects<br \/>\n\tStrong analytical skills<br \/>\n\tChampion best practice in digital solutions and provide an advisory role to the business on all digital solutions\/matters.<br \/>\n\tEducate and train all stakeholders in relation to DT products and services.<br \/>\n\tOversee the delivery of all DT interventions\/activities in the BU\u2019s as per the agreed plan.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate closely with the IT team to ensure successful delivery of products and services.<\/p>\n<p>Reporting and Monitoring:<\/p>\n<p>\tManage DT BSC and Wokrkplan performance management and reporting i.e weekly, monthly and quarterly reports<br \/>\n\tReport progress of the programme at regular intervals to the line manager and relevant governance bodies as appropriate.<br \/>\n\tConstantly monitor, evaluate and develop organisational processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the DT products and services that\u2019s supports the AGSA strategy.<\/p>\n<p>Business Value Realisation<\/p>\n<p>\tDefine and track business value, benefits, and performance metrics for DT initiatives.<br \/>\n\tEnsure benefits realisation plans are embedded from demand through delivery and post\u2011implementation.<\/p>\n<p>Stakeholder Management<\/p>\n<p>\tBuild and maintain strategic relationships\/partnerships with the relevant stakeholders and or research institutions that enhance the digital transformation value proposition.<br \/>\n\tBuild and sustain value adding relationships with internal stakeholders to conduct relevant micro environmental scanning and or needs analysis that will inform relevant research projects for the BU.<br \/>\n\tCreate awareness of the overall DT strategy and ensure it is implemented throughout the organisation.<br \/>\n\tProvide strategic support and guidance to internal stakeholders on DT technologies\/strategies in order to ensure alignment within portfolios and organisation.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with internal stakeholders portfolio and contribute in delivery of digital transformation related products and processes in the organisation.<br \/>\n\tPartner with support and business lines to understand business value that can be achieved through the use of intelligent automation, data science, data and analytics.<br \/>\n\tManage service level agreements (SLAs).<\/p>\n<p>People Management<\/p>\n<p>\tCascade the BU BSC at centre level.<br \/>\n\tImplement the activities outlined on the BU People Plans.<br \/>\n\tProvide leadership and direction for the centre and manage team performance to drive productivity.<br \/>\n\tContribute to transformation\/culture plans.<br \/>\n\tMotivate, coach and mentor staff to ensure maximum productivity and development of the staff to their full potential.<br \/>\n\tDetermine the mix and level of capability required to enable the centre to support the BU and organisational objectives.<br \/>\n\tContribute to transformation\/culture plans.<\/p>\n<p>Financial Management<\/p>\n<p>\tCompile the centre budget and contribute to the development of the business unit\u2019s budget.<br \/>\n\tManage the centre expenditure.<br \/>\n\tEnsure compliance with internal processes and procedures.<br \/>\n\tEnsure compliance with SCM in AGSA.<br \/>\n\tContribute to the risk assessment activities in the BU. Continually identify, assess, monitor, report and reduce DT-related risk within levels of tolerance as defined in the DT Risk Register. Not new.
