Your Mission:<\/p>\n
\tSupervise all aspects of the team\u2019s Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) requirements.
\n\tEnsure cost\u2011effective operations by allocating resources efficiently, prioritizing work, and maximizing plant availability.
\n\tFoster and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships.
\n\tImplement team KPIs aligned with the departmental plan.
\n\tProvide technical support to the Electrical \/ Electronics \/ Automation maintenance functions within Central Maintenance.
\n\tCompile and deliver weekly and monthly Electrical Maintenance team reports.
\n\tLead, guide, and supervise the Electrical Maintenance team to ensure effective performance.<\/p>\n
Your Profile:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in a heavy industry environment.
\n\tMatric plus N4 (Supervisory Management).
\n\tRelevant Trade Test qualification.
\n\tNational Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
\n\tHands\u2011on experience with HV\/LV electrical infrastructure, including SIMOCODE and MiCOM protection systems, as well as PLC and drive logic interfaces (advantageous).
\n\tNational Diploma in Pulp & Paper (advantageous).
\n\t1\u20132 years of leadership experience (advantageous).
\n\tExperience in the Pulp & Paper industry and familiarity with related equipment (advantageous).
\n\tWorking knowledge of SANS 10142 (added advantage).<\/p>\n
