\tReceive incoming stock and verify quantities against delivery documentation.
\n\tInspect stock for damages, expiry dates, and quality standards.
\n\tCapture and update stock accurately in the system.
\n\tAllocate and store stock in the correct locations.
\n\tValidate returned stock and ensure correct documentation is completed.
\n\tProcess returns for credit according to standard operating procedures.
\n\tInitiate and process credit transactions accurately and timeously.
\n\tInvestigate and resolve stock discrepancies or variances.
\n\tCommunicate with relevant departments regarding returns and stock issues.
\n\tMaintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
\n\tEnsure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
\n\tControl the inbound process of goods receiving and binning.
\n\tInvestigates inbound discrepancies and report solutions to relevant parties.<\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tGrade: 12 Matric Certificate.
\n\tNational Diploma in Operations Management.<\/p>\n
Skills:<\/p>\n
\tCustomer focused (Internal and External).
\n\tMust be factual, procedural and analytical.
\n\tGood communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills.
\n\tProblem Solving Skills.
\n\tAttention to detail.
\n\tWork independently though being a team player.
\n\tHigh level communication, interpersonal relations and negotiation skills.
\n\tAssertive and possess decision making skills.<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\t2-3 years experience in warehouse operations, ideally within the automotive industry.<\/p>\n
