About the Role:<\/p>\n
\tDo you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love keeping projects on track? As a Traffic Assistant, you\u2019ll coordinate workflows between design, production, and marketing teams to make sure deadlines are met and projects move smoothly from start to finish.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tTrack and manage project timelines, deadlines, and file handovers.
\n\tCoordinate between DTP, design, and print production teams.
\n\tEnsure all files, assets, and documents are correctly labelled and stored.
\n\tSupport the team with administrative tasks.
\n\tMonitor progress and report any delays or issues to the team leader.
\n\tHelp prioritize tasks and support multiple projects at once.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tRelevant qualification or equivalent experience in design\/production support.
\n\tHighly organized and detail-oriented.
\n\tStrong communication and multitasking skills.
\n\tBasic understanding of design and print processes.
\n\tPositive attitude, proactive, and reliable.<\/p>\n
