Finance Administration\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tAuthorising invoices for payment in line with the departmental budgets.
\n\tPreparing and managing allocated budgets, including the regular analysis of variation reports.
\n\tPreparing savings initiatives and reports when and if required.
\n\tEnsuring the that the inventory management system InspHire accurately reflects the fixed asset register in SAP.
\n\tPerforming any other ad-hoc duties required by the EXCO Team<\/p>\n
Finance Management\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tChecking, signing off and approving weekly and monthly payments to suppliers.
\n\tReleasing weekly and monthly payments.
\n\tTransferring funds between accounts and managing the cash flow. Preparing weekly cash flow forecast.
\n\tChecking, signing off and approving all supplier purchases and\/or processing in SAP.
\n\tSubmitting Payroll documents to eMedia.
\n\tChecking, signing off and approving monthly payroll including overtime and set allowances.
\n\tSigning off customer credit notes on InspHire before posting to SAP.
\n\tPosting and signing of journals to be captured on SAP.
\n\tPerforming balance sheet recons.
\n\tPerforming tax calculations \u2013 deferred and normal.
\n\tFinalising debtors and creditors recons.
\n\tMonitoring and reviewing monthly the debtors ageing. Highlighting problem clients and following up with the credit controller.
\n\tProcessing, checking and querying monthly attendance register and leave taken.
\n\tMonitoring leave reports and identify higher\/lower than normal balances for staff.<\/p>\n
Report Administration or Collation\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tPreparing and submitting monthly management accounts for reporting to and\/or for the relevant stakeholders.
\n\tSubmitting and collating the quarterly board report for eMedia.<\/p>\n
Compliance<\/p>\n
\tEnsuring that clients and employees adhere to their stipulated KPI\u2019s and SLA\u2019s.
\n\tManaging internal and external audits.
\n\tEnsuring contractual suppliers and contractors comply with the company\u2019s BBBEE strategy.
\n\tManaging the overall Finance and other regulatory compliance.<\/p>\n
Procurement\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tReviewing the procurement process on an ongoing basis to improve efficiencies and competitive pricing.
\n\tNegotiating affordable prices with contractors and suppliers.
\n\tMonitoring the purchasing of assets and equipment in line with budget.<\/p>\n
