Role Overview<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking an experienced Cloud SAP Public Cloud Communication Lead to drive the communication strategy and stakeholder engagement for a Greenfield ECC to S\/4HANA Public Cloud implementation. This role is pivotal in ensuring clear, consistent, and timely communication across all project phases, enabling smooth adoption and alignment between business and technical teams.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and execute a comprehensive communication plan for the S\/4HANA Public Cloud implementation.
\n\tAct as the primary liaison between project teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
\n\tTranslate complex SAP technical concepts into clear, business-friendly messages.
\n\tCoordinate communication across multiple workstreams to ensure alignment and transparency.
\n\tManage change impact messaging to support user adoption and minimize resistance.
\n\tFacilitate project updates, newsletters, town halls, and stakeholder briefings.
\n\tEnsure all communication aligns with project governance, timelines, and milestones.
\n\tCollaborate closely with Change Management, Training, and Functional Leads to ensure consistent messaging.<\/p>\n
Required Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
\tSAP Certified in S\/4HANA Public Cloud.
\n\tMinimum3 successful end-to-end S\/4HANA Public Cloud implementations(including at least one ECC to S\/4HANA Greenfield migration).
\n\tProven experience in communication leadership within large-scale SAP transformation programs.
\n\tStrong understanding of SAP ECC and S\/4HANA Public Cloud capabilities.
\n\tExceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
\n\tAbility to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
\n\tExperience working in agile and hybrid project delivery environments.<\/p>\n
Preferred Skills<\/p>\n
\tCertification or training in Change Management
\n\tFamiliarity with SAP Activate methodology.
\n\tExperience in multi-country or global rollouts.<\/p>\n
