\tDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
\n\tIdentify growth opportunities within existing accounts and recommend tailored solutions to address client needs.
\n\tCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
\n\tPrepare and present account performance reports to stakeholders.
\n\tNegotiate contracts and agreements to maximise revenue potential.
\n\tMonitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
\n\tAct as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
\n\tDevelop and execute account management strategies to achieve sales targets within the Technology & Telecoms sector.

The Successful Applicant<\/p>\n
\tA strong background in sales or account management, preferably within the Fleet, Technology & Telecoms industry
\n\tA hunter mentality and confident selling skills
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
\n\tThe ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies
\n\tA track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
\n\tProblem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex client requirements efficiently
\n\tProficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
\n\tA customer-focused approach and results-driven attitude<\/p>\n
