\tTo execute quality controller of incoming raw materials, final product, and in-process samples and to capture and record analytical data and report all non-confirming results.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science.
\n\tBachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Agriculture or a related qualification will be an advantage.
\n\t1-year experience in a Food\/Feed Manufacturing environment<\/p>\n
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS<\/p>\n
\tPerform laboratory analysis\/tests on raw materials and final products.
\n\tMaintain sample identification and storage.
\n\tPerform HACCP and in-process sample analysis.
\n\tMaintain and capture laboratory analytical data (NIR, Wet Chem & Microbial).
\n\tCollect and send scheduled samples to external laboratories.
\n\tMaintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
\n\tInvestigate and report all non-conforming analytical\/test results.<\/p>\n
