Business Development<\/p>\n<p>\tAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the trauma and arthroplasty product range.<br \/>\n\tIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within private and public healthcare sectors.<br \/>\n\tExecute strategic sales plans aligned with regional and national objectives.<br \/>\n\tConduct well\u2011planned customer visits, in\u2011theatre support, and regular follow\u2011ups on requirements and opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>Clinical &amp; Theatre Support<\/p>\n<p>\tProvide in-theatre support for trauma and arthroplasty procedures, ensuring safe and effective use of products.<br \/>\n\tMaintain a thorough understanding of surgical workflows, instrumentation, and implant systems.<br \/>\n\tOffer technical expertise, troubleshooting, and clinical guidance to surgeons and theatre staff.<\/p>\n<p>Customer Relationship Management<\/p>\n<p>\tBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key opinion leaders, surgeons, nursing staff, procurement, and hospital management.<br \/>\n\tAnticipate customer needs and proactively offer solutions that enhance clinical outcomes.<br \/>\n\tAddress customer queries and manage complaints in line with company protocols.<br \/>\n\tEnsure accurate hospital consignment stock management, including monthly stock takes.<\/p>\n<p>Reporting &amp; Administration<\/p>\n<p>\tSubmit sales reports, forecasts, and customer insights in a timely manner.<br \/>\n\tReport on customer expectations, competitor activity, and market trends.<br \/>\n\tManage documentation related to pricing, quotations, and product orders.<\/p>\n<p>Brand Representation<\/p>\n<p>\tUphold the organisation\u2019s professional image in all engagements.<br \/>\n\tRepresent the brand at congresses, workshops, and educational events.<br \/>\n\tAssist with marketing initiatives, product launches, and training activities.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>Experience<\/p>\n<p>\tMinimum 2\u20135 years of sales experience in orthopaedics, ideally trauma and arthroplasty.<br \/>\n\tDemonstrated success in a theatre-based medical device sales role.<br \/>\n\tProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.<\/p>\n<p>Knowledge Required<\/p>\n<p>\tStrong understanding of trauma and joint replacement procedures.<br \/>\n\tTheatre protocols and compliance (e.g., CRICE or equivalent).<br \/>\n\tProduct marketing fundamentals.<br \/>\n\tUnderstanding of hospital procurement processes.<\/p>\n<p>Skills Required<\/p>\n<p>\tExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.<br \/>\n\tStrong clinical aptitude and the ability to interpret medical information.<br \/>\n\tAbility to build partnerships, network, and influence decision-makers.<br \/>\n\tStrong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.<br \/>\n\tAbility to read the room and adapt to high\u2011pressure, fast\u2011moving environments.<\/p>\n<p>Attributes Required<\/p>\n<p>\tIntegrity &amp;
