MINIMUM QUALIFICATION<\/p>\n
\tBachelor Degree in Public Administration \/ Management Sciences \/ Law; or equivalent.<\/p>\n
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS<\/p>\n
\tDirect the Corporate Services Department by providing for effective support services with regards\u00a0to Corporate Services: Human Capital, Legal Services. Council Support as well as Information\u00a0Communication Technology.
\n\tDevelop, implement and manage strategic goals, policies, procedures and plans for the department\u00a0and aligning them with municipality\u2019s strategic goals.\u00a0
\n\tManage the human resources portfolio in accordance with the labour legislation and collective\u00a0agreements.\u00a0
\n\tManage Council and Committee secretariat services and records management services.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure budget planning, implementation and budget review to support priorities and deliverables in\u00a0 relation to the Integrated Development Plan.\u00a0
\n\tProvide advice and support to council, Municipal Manager and other office bearers on all functions\u00a0 of the department.\u00a0
\n\tControl and prepare departmental operation budget.<\/p>\n
