You will handle internal stakeholders and build strong relationships with hiring managers as you train them on our hiring process, update them on progress on their roles, and guide them on their hiring plans, job specifications and candidate evaluation.<br \/>\n\tYou will also help develop the company-wide talent acquisition strategy in collaboration with the Talent and People Operations teams, support us in building our EVP and talent community, and contribute to employer brand promotion through social content and talent webinars. You will track hiring metrics to help make further improvements to our hiring process.<br \/>\n\tAs you will be the main point of contact for applicants for several roles, you will need to ensure a positive candidate experience. To be successful in this role, you should have good knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques.<\/p>\n<p>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n<p>\tExecute on the strategic recruitment plan in line with the company hiring process<br \/>\n\tManaging all stages in the hiring process, from sourcing to acceptance of offer letters and background checks<br \/>\n\tIdentify and creatively source applicants, including through online and offline methods<br \/>\n\tAdvertise open roles on various channels, including job boards, professional social networks and our careers page<br \/>\n\tScreen resumes and applications, and conduct initial screening calls based on essential criteria<br \/>\n\tLiaise with hiring managers regarding hiring needs<br \/>\n\tTrack and report on recruitment metrics, and use data to inform improvements in our hiring process<br \/>\n\tOrganise candidate data and all communication via our ATS (Greenhouse, soon to be Workable).<br \/>\n\tReach out to potential candidates and build relationships for future job opportunities (via LinkedIn or email)<br \/>\n\tRelay job offers and negotiate terms<br \/>\n\tHelp build our Employee Value Proposition and promote our company as a great place to work<br \/>\n\tEnsure communication with candidates is prompt and professional at all stages (from the moment they apply until they are given final feedback on their application)<\/p>\n<p>REQUIREMENTS\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Minimum<\/p>\n<p>\tMinimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in recruitment<br \/>\n\tAt least 1 year of in-house talent acquisition experience within a tech, digital, or startup environment\u00a0<br \/>\n\tExperience in managing the full recruitment cycle, including offer negotiations<br \/>\n\tExperience using social networks to source candidates and promote jobs\u00a0<br \/>\n\tExperience managing various stakeholders and building relationships\u00a0<br \/>\n\tExcellent time management skills with the ability to juggle various open positions<br \/>\n\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills<br \/>\n\tExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse<br \/>\n\tPassionate about the transformative impact of education and technology<\/p>\n<p>Preferred<\/p>\n<p>\tPrior experience in a fast-scaling, startup environment<br \/>\n\tExperience using LinkedIn Recruiter<br \/>\n\tTertiary qualification in HR or Organisational Psychology<\/p>\n<p>go to method of application \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website (  ) or<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"HyperionDev","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job_listing_region":[15],"job-types":[12],"class_list":{"0":"post-33369","1":"job_listing","2":"type-job_listing","3":"status-publish","4":"hentry","5":"job_listing_region-western-cape","7":"job-type-full-time"},"jetpack_sharing_enabled":true,"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings\/33369","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/job_listing"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/2"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=33369"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"job_listing_region","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job_listing_region?post=33369"},{"taxonomy":"job_listing_type","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-types?post=33369"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
