About the role<\/p>\n
\tAs an R & D Graduate \u00a0at Reckitt, you will thrive in our fast-paced environment alongside a team of expert scientists dedicated to ensuring product safety and efficacy. Your meticulous attention to detail will be crucial in supporting technical dossier management and analytical lab compliance.<\/p>\n
Your responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tPrepare and manage regulatory and technical documentation for licence variations, supporting global R&D activities with accurate scientific data and market compliance.
\n\tConduct analytical chemistry testing, stability studies, data analysis, and reporting, ensuring adherence to SOP, ISO, GLP, safety, and good laboratory practices.
\n\tSupport and contribute to formulation development, raw material management, and low\u2011risk R&D projects, ensuring feasibility, validation, stability testing, industrial trials, and dossier preparation are completed on time.
\n\tCollaborate with cross\u2011functional teams and external partners, including competitive product performance evaluations, to drive successful R&D outcomes, particularly within gastrointestinal products.
\n\tEnsure effective laboratory operations through accurate record\u2011keeping, equipment maintenance, inventory management, and delivery of projects in full, on time, and to required quality standards.<\/p>\n
The experience we’re looking for<\/p>\n
\tAre you a recent graduate of bachelor\u2019s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline with Honors or Masters, PHD (2024 onwards)
\n\tHave 0-2 years work experience in FMCG\u00a0
\n\tDemonstrated ability to manage projects of varying complexity efficiently, with strong attention to detail and quality.
\n\tStrong communication skills, capable of providing sound advice and best\u2011practice guidance within technical environments.
\n\tInnovative, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain high scientific standards.
\n\tAre you able to commit to a minimum duration of 24 Months.<\/p>\n
