The ideal candidate be results-driven who prioritizes workload and meets deadlines for a variety of marketing \u201cdeliverables\u201d.<br \/>\n\tYou must have Matric\/Grade 12, a suitable tertiary qualification with 5 years\u2019 Sales and Operations Management experience, 3+ years\u2019 experience in Customer Relations\/Client Management, is familiar with the purpose and composition of Service Level Agreements and has extensive experience in prepaid informal markets with a hands-on approach.<\/p>\n<p>DUTIES:<\/p>\n<p>Business Development and Growth \u2013<\/p>\n<p>\tDrive Channel Sales performance.<br \/>\n\tEnsure ALL Sales Representatives achieve all sales, new business acquisition and revenue targets set by the business.<br \/>\n\tGrow existing base revenues through a wider product mix.<br \/>\n\tIdentify and pursue sales opportunities and\/or prospects on a regional level.<br \/>\n\tBe familiar with company product mix and commercial terms in order to successfully market company capabilities.<br \/>\n\tCo-ordinate and facilitate Regional Sales Team activities in accordance with overall company sales strategy.<br \/>\n\tEmbody the \u201ccustomer is king\u201d philosophy.<\/p>\n<p>Financial Procedure and Controls \u2013<\/p>\n<p>\tRequired stock is ordered timeously and in accordance with company stock ordering process.<br \/>\n\tStock count is completed and balanced monthly in accordance with company policy.
