She\/he is ultimately responsible for Hardware and Software Sales order budget and will carry out all pre-sale activities. This includes scoping and determining products and\/or packages to be sold in the assigned territory.<\/p>\n<p>Under minimal supervision, performing all sales functions in assigned territory, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n<p>\tAnalyzing territory for sales potential<br \/>\n\tDeveloping and implementing effective sales strategies<br \/>\n\tMaintaining appropriate level of territory coverage<br \/>\n\tPlanning and executing effective sales calls<br \/>\n\tScheduling and performing product demonstrations<br \/>\n\tWill be relied on as a technical product expert to develop and present sales proposals and systems solutions, and close complex technical sales.<br \/>\n\tManaging the sales order\/quotation process<br \/>\n\tBuild proactive strategies around key upselling products and services to continue to grow the business in the assigned territory and promote the Lifecycle sales approach.<br \/>\n\tServing as a consultative resource to customers<br \/>\n\tAchieving superior level of overall customer satisfaction<br \/>\n\tProviding regular customer and market feedback to company<br \/>\n\tRepresenting Varian ethics, values and business practices with all internal and external stakeholders<\/p>\n<p>Your expertise:<\/p>\n<p>From an Oncology background (Radiotherapist with Oncology specialty, Medical Physicist or Medical Technologist with Oncology experience)<\/p>\n<p>\tOncology experience in sales or clinical oncology experience<br \/>\n\tProficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.<br \/>\n\tExperience with HCM (e.g., Workday) or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.<br \/>\n\tdegree with 3 years of related experience.<br \/>\n\tProduct knowledge and ability to conduct demonstrations of Industry knowledge Organizational acumen\/skills<br \/>\n\tGood understanding of oncology customers, their requirements &amp; clinical challenges faced during implementation &amp; adoption of our products.
