What You\u2019ll Do<\/p>\n
\tAs a Consultant, you will make an important contribution to the strategy, design, and implementation of business decisions to ensure positive impact and sustainable results. \n\tLead problem solving process and analytical process for complex workstreams, generating effective hypotheses and finding solutions to barriers using high quality deliverables.
\n\tEffectively lead & coach junior analysts through the analytical process and model design\/construction, including excel models and other outputs.
\n\tLead multiple analysts to produce deliverables & presentations, ensuring an effective production process and quality control when delegating work.
\n\tBuild good rapport with clients, communicating effectively and understanding client needs
\n\tSupport maintaining existing client network effectively
\n\tBe able to anticipate roadblocks to problem solving and proposing solutions.
\n\tDevelop proposal for full engagement
\n\tHandle formal communication at all levels internally.
\n\tCreate and design visual communication and storylines for several workstreams, using slides\/storyline to effectively support clients\u2019 decision-making process.
\n\tBe a champion of inclusion and diversity<\/p>\n
What You Bring to The Role<\/p>\n
\t3+ years of experience relevant to the role
\n\tAn undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or equivalent
\n\tExperience working with projects in mining & metals, energy, or infrastructure is preferred.
\n\tProven experience in using research and analysis tools
\n\tCollaborate and actively contribute as an effective member of a team
\n\tStrong data analytics skills, including experience with business requirements gathering, analysis and ability to translate business requirements into technical process solutions
\n\tAbility to learn new skills quickly and adapt to a broad range of project types and responsibilities
\n\tFinancial modeling experience is considered a strong asset
