\tYou will play is key role in ensuring the accurate, efficient, and compliant handling of all warehouse\u2019s receiving and dispatch activities. This includes verifying and processing supplier and internal receipts, preparing and dispatching orders to both local and international customers, and maintaining complete documentation for full traceability.
\n\tThe role supports daily warehouse operations by ensuring all inventory movements are recorded accurately and on time, contributing to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and a safe working environment.<\/p>\n
Your Mission:<\/p>\n
\tAccurately receive, verify, and record incoming stock.
\n\tPrepare and dispatch orders with complete and correct documentation.
\n\tMaintain precise ERP records and stock tracking.
\n\tManage stock transfers and promptly report any discrepancies.
\n\tEnsure a safe, clean, and organised workspace, adhering to SOPs and quality standards.
\n\tSupport stock counts, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.<\/p>\n
Your Profile:<\/p>\n
\t1-3 years’ experience in a warehouse, stores, or logistics environment.
\n\tProven experience with stock receiving and dispatching processes.
\n\tHands-on experience processing GRVs \/ GRNs and delivery notes.
\n\tExperience verifying stock against invoices, delivery notes, and internal transfer documents.
\n\tExposure to using an ERP or stock management system (training-level experience acceptable).
\n\tExperience working with customer, supplier and internal stock movements.
\n\tBasic experience supporting stock counts or stock takes.<\/p>\n
