KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
\tGenerate new business through lead identification, cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research
\n\tManage and grow relationships with existing and prospective customers
\n\tUnderstand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services
\n\tAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
\n\tPrepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
\n\tNegotiate pricing, contracts, and successfully close sales deals
\n\tMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in SFDC systems
\n\tCoordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
\n\tMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide market insights
\n\tEnsure timely payment collection and address customer issues effectively.<\/p>\n
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR<\/p>\n
A results\u2011driven sales professional with:<\/p>\n
\t3\u20135 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
\n\tProven experience as a hunter focused on new business generation.
\n\tStrong commercial acumen and negotiation capabilities.
\n\tExperience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding (advantage, not mandatory).
\n\tAbility to work independently, manage a busy pipeline, and deliver against sales targets.
\n\tExcellent communication and relationship\u2011building skills.
\n\tSalesforce (SFDC) experience is a plus.
\n\tA valid driver\u2019s license.<\/p>\n

\tMinimum Requirement:\u00a0Matric (Grade 12).
\n\tBonus \/ Preferred:\u00a0A Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Logistics, or a related field.<\/p>\n
