Core Description<\/p>\n
\tTo provide technical assistance and maintenance of computer systems, logistical support, audio visual equipment\u2019s etc.
\n\tProvide service activities on company systems, including installation, discontinuance, relocation, diagnosis, emergency repair etc. while minimising equipment downtime and ensuring client satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Key Deliverables \/ Primary Functions<\/p>\n
\tImplement preventative and proactive maintenance, including implementing, deploying, and maintaining monitoring sets for all clients (Node Device, CPU, DiskSpace, Memory).
\n\tFacilitate the resolution of 3rd party Incidents by liaising with external resources (3rd Party Management).
\n\tPerform root cause analysis and troubleshooting across systems to resolve incidents.
\n\tEngage and liaise with all personnel, including VIP personnel.
\n\tFollow the escalation matrix and keep the customer informed.
\n\tTake ownership of Incidents and Service Requests, providing continuous feedback until resolution.
\n\tAssist with 1st and 2nd level EUM support by troubleshooting and supporting applications and devices.<\/p>\n

\tNQF 4: Grade 12 National Diploma<\/p>\n

\tNQF 4: Grade 12 National Diploma in Information Technology<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\t1 years\u2019 experience in IT end user support\u00a0with an understanding of SLA call management on different service desks.<\/p>\n
Certifications<\/p>\n
\tA+
\n\tN+
\n\tCertification in ITIL Service Management and Service Delivery modules
\n\tICT International Certifications in Back Office and\/or Networking (such as CCNA\/E, MCSA\/E)
\n\tHP, Dell, Lenovo, Mustek products will be advantageous<\/p>\n
Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry<\/p>\n
