KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
\tAchieve CHAMPS Standards within the restaurant by ensuring that all employees are focused on exceeding customer expectations for Cleanliness, Hospitality, Accuracy, Maintenance, Product and Speed of Service.
\n\tManage shifts in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures including directing the activities of employees in maximising sales, operating efficiency and profitability.
\n\tForecast and schedule labour by shift and create a deployment plan to control labour costs and meet the needs of the business by utilising tools i.e. Macromatix.
\n\tEnsure that controls and procedures are implemented to protect the safety and security of employees, customers, property, and company funds.
\n\tImplement restaurant training programmes for all staff to enable them to maximise performance and realise their career potential.
\n\tSupport and demonstrate the How We Win Together at KFC principles, acting as a role model and providing leadership with heart, smart and courage.
\n\tManage cost controls in accordance with Company Policy and Procedures, directing the activities of employees in meeting targets placed on controllables, maximizing sales, operating efficiency and profitability.
\n\tManage Local Store Marketing (LSM) activities to grow sales.
\n\tEnsure that the training and development of employees is to company standards, and initiate action where necessary to ensure that all employees meet the standards of performance required.
\n\tAchieve consistent results through team management.<\/p>\n

\tPrior supervisory and managerial experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Industry
\n\tEnglish Proficiency
\n\tNumeracy Proficiency
\n\tComputer Literacy
\n\tFinancial Acumen
\n\tAll Star Certified + Individual Development Plan (IDP) in place
\n\tRGM Academy and RGM Certified
\n\tGrade 12 NQF Level 4 and preferably a suitably related tertiary qualification
\n\tA passion for product quality and the customer service experience, pride in the KFC Brand!<\/p>\n
