{"id":33416,"date":"2026-04-07T16:02:41","date_gmt":"2026-04-07T16:02:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/job\/fibre-key-account-manager\/"},"modified":"2026-04-07T16:03:11","modified_gmt":"2026-04-07T16:03:11","slug":"fibre-key-account-manager","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/job\/fibre-key-account-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Fibre Key Account Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Purpose:<\/p>\n<p>\tThe Fibre Direct Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling Fixed products, including Fibre and Fixed Wireless Access (FWA).<br \/>\n\tThe role involves actively engaging with potential customers in designated territories (areas of opportunities identified) to drive market penetration, increase customer adoption, and achieve sales growth targets.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Sales and Market Penetration:<\/p>\n<p>\tIdentify and engage potential customers in targeted areas to promote Fixed products (Fibre, FWA).<br \/>\n\tConduct door-to-door sales, community activations, and on-the-ground campaigns to showcase product benefits.<br \/>\n\tEnsure clear demarcation between Direct Sales Teams and Business Partners Foot Soldiers to avoid any overlap<br \/>\n\tAchieve or exceed monthly sales quotas for Fixed products.<\/p>\n<p>Customer Acquisition:<\/p>\n<p>\tEducate customers on the benefits of high-speed Fixed connectivity for personal use.<br \/>\n\tAccurately complete sales application forms and obtain the necessary customer documentation.<br \/>\n\tEnsure a smooth onboarding process with clear communication and timelines, covering the entire sales cycle.<\/p>\n<p>Relationship Management:<\/p>\n<p>\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide ongoing support to improve adoption of Fixed products. (Creating a presence in the areas allocated for sales)<br \/>\n\tAct as the point of contact for initial customer queries, installation updates, and troubleshooting guidance. (supported by regional teams and head office)<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with the specialist to leverage any additional events happening in the area.<\/p>\n<p>Territory Coverage:<\/p>\n<p>\tMaximise customer reach in identified priority zones with high potential for Fixed product adoption.<br \/>\n\tProvide daily \/ weekly market insights, including feedback on competitor Fixed products, pricing, and customer preferences.
